- Agree a financial incentive structure that encourages the sustaining of reasonable premium rates and an astute management of claims.
- Seek not to ‘compete’ in the marketplace and selectively deal with major international brokers.
- Maintain close and personal connection with the London market through regular visits by key senior personnel.
- Represent Our Underwriters, including Lloyd’s, absolutely and regard the relationships as a privilege.
